[Bug linuxthreads/432] Test linuxthreads/ex7 hangs up

I tried to use gcc4 and boot linux with "nosysinfo" parameter.
It still hangs on the test.
My wild guess that wait4() doesn't return pid of exited thread (it returns
ECHILD) and that is why thread manager wait in a loop.
