[Bug math/552] New: Wrong return values for tgamma (0) and tgamma (-0)

According to IEEE Std 1003.1, 2004 Edition:

If x is ±0, a pole error shall occur, and tgamma(), tgammaf(), and tgammal()
shall return ±HUGE_VAL, ±HUGE_VALF, and ±HUGE_VALL, respectively.

But glibc returns NAN.
