[Bug libc/150] New: Wrong linkonce section name is used

sysdeps/generic/strtol_l.c has

const TYPE NAME[] attribute_hidden
  __attribute__((section(".gnu.linkonce.ro." #NAME))) = 

But both gcc and ld use ".gnu.linkonce.r." as the prefix for linkonce section.
We got

They should be in .rodata section.
