Horizontal Scrolling not working in TUI Regs window

It is probably just a historical accident, because when this window was
first written there weren't readily available machines with wide vector
registers.

I think scrolling would be completely fine.  Less sure about the other
thing but I guess it would depend on the details.  Occasionally there's
been talk of having a local variable / expression display (TBH you'd
think this would have happened decades ago).

If you are desperate you can use 'display' to automatically show the
register(s) you're interested in.

If you're really super desperate and/or adventurous you could try
writing your own register-like TUI window in Python.

One thing you could do is file this in bugzilla.  However I should warn
you that this isn't a guarantee that anybody will implement the feature.
