Removal of GDBserver ports: LynxOS, Neutrino, Blackfin, CRIS, M32R, Tile and ARM/WinCE

Hi,

Just a note that unless somebody steps up to maintain them, the GDBserver
ports mentioned in the subject of this message will be removed.  See this
patch series for the concrete proposal:
