Problems building gdb (gdb.texinfo error)?

Hmm I don't know, I do have makeinfo installed here, but visibly the doc 
doesn't build automatically for me :).  I have to use either "make info" 
or "make html".

In any case, I have just pushed a fix, can you verify if it works for 
you now?
