Reading DWARF debug from a PE executable

Hi David,

My mistake was is that I've downloaded libdwarf not from sourceforge
(https://sourceforge.net/p/libdwarf) but from github
(https://github.com/tomhughes/libdwarf) that is a bit outdated.
