sim/erc32 on Cygwin

Hi

I am building sparc-rtems tools on Cygwin and ran into an issue with the
following bit of probe code in sim/erc32/configure.ac:

============================
if test x$sim_cv_os_cygwin = xyes; then
  TERMCAP='`if test -r ../../libtermcap/libtermcap.a; then echo
../../libtermcap/libtermcap.a; else echo -ltermcap; fi` -luser32'
else
  # Keep in sync with gdb's configure.ac list.
  AC_SEARCH_LIBS(tgetent, [termcap tinfo curses ncurses],
    [TERMCAP=$ac_cv_search_tgetent], [TERMCAP=""])
fi
AC_SUBST(TERMCAP)
============================

Cygwin no longer has libtermcap but has libncurses.

Would it be OK to do something like this:

  AC_SEARCH_LIBS(....)
  if cygwin
    add -luser32
  AC_SUBST

Any thoughts that this wouldn't be sufficiently portable?

Thanks.
