[ANNOUNCEMENT] Remove Morpho mt port

Hi,
I plan to deprecate and remove Morpho mt port in GDB 8.2 release.
Morpho mt port model all banked registers as pseudo registers, which
is incorrect (explained
https://sourceware.org/ml/gdb-patches/2017-11/msg00272.html ).
Considering that  Morpho MT GCC port was obsolete in 4.3 and
removed in 4.4, instead of fixing GDB mt port, I propose to remove
Morpho mt port from GDB.
