Library for (de)serializing RSP protocol string?

Hello, buddies,

I am searching for a library to (de)serialize packet strings of newest
RSP protocol version to/from C structures. It seems that related code
in GDB or gdbserver don't facilitate this scenario.

Is this (de)serialization library valuable for making easy the
implementation of a new debugging agent? If so, is there any source
code I could refer to? Or any idea of writing one from scratch?
