Xmethods questions

Hi,

I'm working on gdb-7.11.1 targeted for x86_64 and sparc-rtems

My question: is it possible to also 'replace' normal C methods?

I've started with the example suggested here:

but it seems to me that no overload take place. Here the

I've also trouble with the testsuite/gsb.python/py-xmethod.exp but for
now I think it's sufficient.
