Strange message from BFD

While debugging a MinGW build of Emacs on MS-Windows today, I saw this
message from GDB:

  BFD: C:\WINDOWS\system32\WMVCore.dll: Warning: Ignoring section flag IMAGE_SCN_M EM_NOT_PAGED in section .reloc

I never saw this message before.  It happens whenever I activate the
file selection dialog, and click on the combo that allows me to select
a directory other than the default one.  (It is possible that I never
saw the message because I never use the file chooser in Emacs.)

What does this message mean?  Should I worry about something that is
wrong in the executable file?
