Compilation command line was:
CC -g -xdebugformat=dwarf test.cpp
Now attached is similar package compiled with the following command line:
CC -g -xdebugformat=dwarf -Qoption cg -h_gcc -xO0 -g test.cpp
(same compiler; as suggested by Sergio)
