git mirror for binutils+gdb

Yes. But I'm working on both gdb and binutils. Having a gdb+binutils git 
mirror makes my life much easier, otherwise I have to duplicate changes 
for common directories for both git repositories. I think such a 
combined git repository might help people like me.
