Discussing the next GDB release (GDB 7.0?)

(I also removed the link to the gdb-6.7 release, it's still findable
by using the search I think).

I've already added the two items we just discussed:
  - PR 9747 from Pierre
  - the assert in get_frame_arch.

Vladimir, would you and Pedro mind doing reviewing GDB_Next_Release
and move what's left to do to the 7.0 page? (and delete the stuff that's
already been done?).  [Thank You!]
