Mingw GDB build fails for M16C target

Hi,

I have now built the MinGW gdb successfully but without simulator;
using option '--disable-sim'.

There is still following issue with simulator building:

>`fd_set' undeclared (first use in this function)

Any help would be highly appreciated.
