rl_get_screen_size returning the wrong value

While debugging 'tui_resize_all', I noticed that 'rl_get_screen_size' is
returning the previous terminal size (prior to the resize). Is that a
known problem, or these values (screen width and height) are updated
only after SIGWINCH is handled?
