Now I have a couple of questions.

1)  I take it that there isn't anything special here with regard to DLL
(PE binary files) vs. SO (ELF binraries)

2)  You have HEXSTR in a couple places, since I am not familiar with
this representation, how would foo.dll be coded in HEXSTR format.

I think that the rest is self explanatory.
