ARM-simulator problem (undefined target)

The simulator doesn't get linked in for arm-linux.  I'm not sure if
this is a bug or a feature, to be honest.  Try arm-elf.

If folks think arm-linux should include the simulator, I have a patch
around here somewhere to add it...
