I'll be away for a few days

I'm leaving on a trip from 2004-08-18 and will be back on 2004-08-22.
It's barely worth writing a note for a leave of four days, but what
the heck.

If something urgent comes up, all the global maintainers are backup
maintainers for most of the test suite.  If something urgent comes up in
gdb.cp, I delegate the global maintainers to act in my absence.
Or if it's not urgent, just chill for a few days.
