"Memory region cannot be seen by info mem"

Hi

  I use command "memory region address,size" to add several memory
regions in sim_open {...}. However I can not see them when I use command
"info mem". What went wrong?

  I also tried to use the command "sim add memory region ..." after sim
target is connected. The result is the same, i.e., I could not see the
newly added memory regions.
