duplicate test names

Michael,

Having stolen the really low hanging fruit of making test names 
consistent across architectures, I'm now looking at what appears to be 
another long hanging problem - duplicate test names (draft list attached).

Again my only motivation is to get better test results, but hey I figure 
its better to spend an hour cleaning up a test, then to spend 5 minutes 
hacking a test making it worse.

I'd obviously better fix the gdb.mi tests.  What of the others though, 
mind if I attack those, any I can skip?
