Where can I get tracepoint packet format?

Hi,
 I am work on writting tracepoint stub for my rtos , but I can't get the 
detail docment about tracepoint .RSP doesn't say more about it,I had to 
guess the packet formats by gdb code.So anyone can tell me where can I get 
the information?
