First FORTRAN program pushed back

Sigh, I am pushing back the first FORTRAN program.

Before that, I'm going to add support for user control of compiler
choice.  That is, the person running the tests will be able to say:
"for f77 language, use the compiler /opt/foo/bin/myfortrancompiler".

And before that, I'm going to clean up some crap in gdb.exp.

Just so y'all know what I'm working on.
