Bug in src's readline

On my system, if I use "screen" and $TERM = screen, gdb hangs when I type
control-Home.  Which I do by accident every couple of hours reaching for
control-Insert.  It doesn't just hang - it eats up all available memory,
astonishingly fast.  This doesn't happen if I arrange to link GDB with the
system libreadline, which claims to be the same version.

I don't have time to debug this right now so I just figured I'd post it in
case someone else did.
