6.0 branch unfrozen

Please note that 6.0 has not yet been "officially released".  The alert 
reader will have figured out that I tripped over an additional 
unexpected and out-of-my-control release task.

Anyway, as a consequence, I'm unfreezing the branch (it's marked as post 
6.0).  This is because:

- I don't think continuing the freeze helps developers.
There are already patches that should be pulled up.

- Any "re-spin" will need to be called 6.0.1 anyway.
While gdb-6.0.tar.gz isn't "official", its now sufficiently widespread 
for it to not be yankable.
