GDB doco snaps fixed

Hello,

Turns out that, back in nov/dec, the top-level configure changes also 
broke GDB's documentation snapshot process (but no one noticed :-/).

Anyway it's now fixed.  I needed to add a:

	make configure-gdb

to the process.

One thing occured to me.  Should there be a `configure-all' target? 
With that, the operation:

	./configure
	make configure-all

would be roughly equivalent to the old configure.
