No rule to make target `maybe-install-tix', needed by `instal l-gdb'

Hi,
I too am getting the same problem.
Latest sources, just downloaded through CVS.
I configured using :
[venkat@peacock bin]$ /home/venkat/hawk/cvs_mainline/src/configure
--target=h8300-elf --prefix=/home/venkat/hawk/gdb_tools/h8300-elf/tools/
make all
During make install, I got this problem.
By this time the simulator had been installed.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/venkat/hawk/gdb_tools/h8300-elf/objs/sim'
make: *** No rule to make target `maybe-install-tix', needed by
`install-gdb'. Stop.
