[maint] Obsolete or multi-arch z8k

Hello,

The z8k target, currently included in GDB, has been identified as a 
candidate for obsolesence.  This target does not use GDB's multi-arch 
framework, and currently it doesn't build.  All such targets are either 
being obsoleted or updated.

If you have any reservations over GDB's move to obsolete the z8k target 
(and/or are in a position to multi-arch it) please contact the gdb@ 
discussion list (reply-to set).
