Need some help with Running GDB on Strong Arm

Hi Folks,

I got the gdbserver compiled for strong arm, was also able to connect over 
the Ethernet using GDB (x86). Do I need to compile GDB on my x86 Linux box 
with strong-arm support? Can some please give me some clues how do I go 
about it. Any help regarding this will be more then appreciated.
