gdb and BDI2000 for MIPS5kc

GDB and the target are likely disagreeing over the size of the "G" 
packet (it carries register values).   At present, for the MIPS the only 
way to fix this is to configure with a different target (a bug).  Of 
hand though, I don't know which target you should configure things with. 
  Anyone?
