GDB TUI Status (CVS 2002-09-04, gdb-5.3 pre-branch)

Hello all,

The gdb TUI is now functional again:

   - the TTY management is now clean between gdb and curses (PR/393)

   - the TUI ASM scrolling is fixed and should work for all platforms

   - new markers were added to represent enabled/disable/hardware/hit
     breakpoints in the curses windows

   - status line is improved to give more information (target, pid, demangled name)

   - a new SingleKey mode that binds single keys to gdb commands is now provided

   - TUI window cleaning has been optimized

   - and, documentation is up-to-date.

However, for the gdb TUI to work correctly, it is necessary to have the following patch:

Andrew or Elena can you approve it?

I have no other patch for gdb 5.3.
