regression in gdb.base/dump.exp

Never mind, it works now.  Assuming that this wasn't some transient
weirdness, my guess is that the following BFD ChangeLog entry fixed
it:

	* elfcode.h (elf_object_p): Don't restore abfd->arch_info.
