pa64: problems with pa64_solib_add and "in psymtab but not in symtab"

I have seen these as well but have no idea what the problem is.  Sometimes
they have disappeared when I recompiled, possibly with a different
optimisation.

Sometimes, I also have problems accessing function arguments.
