IMO, the "right" way to fix this is to convert somsolib.c into a
solib.c back end (perhaps solib-som.c?) and make HP-UX use solib.c.
(As an example of how this might be done, see Nick Duffek's recent
work in converting osfsolib.c to solib-osf.c)
However, in this case, the right way is not necessarily easy, so the
expedient solution of adding no_shared_libraries() to somsolib.c is
acceptable as a short term solution.
