Remote GDB for Z8k

The sources are in src/sim/z8k .  As the gdb/TODO file notes:

z8k

The z8k has suffered bit rot and is known to not build.  The problem
was occuring in the opcodes directory.

Just keep in mind that if you're changes turn out to be significant then 
you'll need to organise an assignment/disclaimer.
