cross-compile gdb

Hi,

I want to cross-compile gdb for ARM.
i tried as per README file

CC=arm-linux-gcc ./configure  --host=arm-arm-linux

But the error logged was as follows

Could you please tell me how do I cross-compile for ARM ?
