OBSOLETE GDB PowerPC LE platforms

We should also consider removing:
        powerpc-*-netware*

I don't know whether the config still builds, but powerpc netware
product was cancelled before a snapshot was produced that had the
debug hooks necessary for the gdbserve.nlm debug agent to work.
