Help on remote debug!

Helo, i download gdb 5.0, i compile them in a i586 whit no problems, :).

I want to experiment with remote debug, becose i want to make a small 
system in a MC68EZ328 that run a uClinux, when i made a program, i need to 
debug it.

I wanto to use gdbserver, but in gdb-5.0 that i download i don't have this 
executable.

Can i generate it? i need to download this functionality?

Can anybody help me?
