[mi] Revised breakpoint table output

Hello,

Following on the revisions to the MI output, the breakpoint table, under 
the list/tuple schema ends up looking like:

To break it down:

	BreakpointTable=
	  { hdr=[ { heading info...}, ...],
	    body=[ { record }, .... ] }

I'm tempted to also include ``nbrofcols=...'' and nbrofrows=... on the 
basis that the MI shouldn't be throwing any information away.
