HP-UX and 0713 snapshot

>From memory - in case someone can fix HP-UX support before the branch.

On hppa2.0-hp-hpux10.20 with the no_shared_libraries stub,
gdb linked successfully.
Running the new build on itself `hung' - using no CPU.
Sending a SIGHUP to the child gdb gave a semaphore out of sequence
message (maybe) & then the child gdb continued as normal.

On hppa1.1-hp-hpux11.00, infttrace.c fails to compile.

I'll fill this out tommorrow.
