GDB on Cygwin for PPC Target via Wiggler

Precompiled binaries are available on the site www.ocdemon.com for
the PowerPC and ARM processors. Host machines supported are
Solaris Sparc, Linux X86, and Windows.
The Windows PowerPC package should do what you want.
