[rfc] New test directory gdb.gdb / gdb.whitebox / gdb.???

As far as names go, I am partial to gdb.gdb, but I accept any name.

If we expand the selftest, we will get more large-executable testing,
which is exposing real bugs (two this week so far: gdb/15 and another
bug that I haven't filed yet relating to overflow of the 64-element
offset_sections array).

So I am strongly in favor of gdb.gdb, for different reasons than Andrew.
