Add ATTRIBUTE_NONSTRING to ppc64_elf_write_core_note

This patch silences gcc8 -Wstringop-truncation warnings.

	* elf64-ppc.c (ppc64_elf_write_core_note): Add ATTRIBUTE_NONSTRING
	to data.
