gdb 6.1.0.95 versus gdb 6.1, native hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11

gdb 6.1.0.95 is okay on native hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11
with the hp compilers.

I ran the test suite with:

  hpcc B.11.11.28706.GP
  hpacc A.03.45
  hpux make, hpux as/ld, hpux libc
  tcl 8.46, expect 5.41, dejagnu 1.4.4

There are no regresssions from gdb 6.1 to gdb 6.1.0.95.

There's an install failure.  I filed a PR, gdb/1675.
It's a problem with 'makeinfo' with texinfo 4.7.
The same failure happened with gdb 6.1 and gdb 6.1.0.95,
so it's not a regression.
