Fedora gdb is multiarch. It supports the following targets:
(gdb) |show configuration|grep enable-targets
--enable-targets=s390-linux-gnu,powerpc-linux-gnu,arm-linux-gnu,aarch64-linux-gnu,riscv64-linux-gnu,x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu
