We can see that there was a failure on 5/13/24 which then was OK on 5/14/24. 
No additional failures have been seen this week.  I know there was some stuff
going on with the hardware so maybe that caused the issue????  The failures do
look a little different then before.  

I will continue to monitor this and try to reproduce the failure manually.  I
haven't had time yet this week to do some additional stress tests. 

As said, the test had been rock solid for several months so maybe the 5/13/24
failure was a fluke?
