I guess it is slow because it tries to find out which symbol an address belongs
to
and without debug info that is the function itself, found by more expensive
means
but... if I ask for 'bt -16', it should just walk the frames, and not retrieve
symbol names for each frame

Would it possible to skip the symbol lookups for frames that are not shown?
