This bug allow appears on sigwaitinfo :

in a pthread program, if a thread is waiting on SIGINT with sigwaitinfo,
when doing ctl+c in gdb, gdb won't catch the signal and the inferior
 will handle the signal.
This make imposible to use ctl+c in gdb to halt the inferior.
