    This has been fixed in CVS.  The warnings preventing build on FC6 have been fixed too.
    
    The underlying GCC bug (bad debug information for argc) may remain; if you encounter it again and there isn't one already, I recommend filing a GCC bugzilla report.  But GDB will no longer crash.
